It's the question we hear most. Watch how it's done first. Then there are three checks before anything is cut.

What people ask

What happens to the £50?

It comes off your order in full. If you decide not to go ahead, it covers the cost of the visit. There's no minimum order.

How does the 10% work?

Measuring yourself saves us a trip, so you get 10% off the panes. Enter N9WY4Y3J5PY3 at checkout.

Can you fit them if I measure myself?

Yes. Add Professional Installation at checkout, or get in touch and we'll arrange it. Who measures and who fits are separate choices.

If you measure, can I still fit them myself?

Yes. Your quote gives both options. Fitting takes minutes a pane with no tools. If you'd rather we did it, it usually adds 20 to 25% to the order.

What do Retro Panes cost?

£249 per square metre, fixed, whichever route you choose. Measure yourself and take 10% off that.

How long until my panes arrive?

Around five weeks from confirmed measurements. Each pane is made for your windows. If you have a deadline, tell us and we'll say what's realistic.
