What people are asking

Is the £50 refunded?

Yes. We credit the full £50 against your order, so if you go ahead the measuring effectively costs you nothing. It is a deposit, not a fee.

How hard is measuring your own windows?

Easier than most people expect, and you will not be doing it alone. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes a window. You get a laser measuring device on loan, a step by step video guide, and the option of a live phone or video call to walk you through it.

What if I measure wrong?

Our laser measure and guided support are designed to prevent that. Send us your measurements before you order and we will check them, or book a call and we will measure the first window with you. If you would like to be completely certain, order a single pane first and see how it fits. If it comes back the wrong size, we will refund it.

Can you fit them even if I measure them myself?

Yes. Simply measure yourself, place your order online and add the Professional Installation option at checkout. Or contact us to arrange the installation.

How much do Retro Panes cost?

£249 per square metre, fixed and transparent. Your quote lists the panes and any installation separately, so you can see exactly what each part comes to.
